Since 1998, Jeff has worked on $3.0 billion in real estate transactions. He founded Ridgeline in 2013 after holding acquisition and asset management roles at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company, and Hillwood, a Perot company. He holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Manages leasing, property operations, and construction to maximize portfolio performance, while supporting acquisitions analysis and due diligence. Since 2013, has held acquisition and asset management roles with Caddo Holdings and Altera. Holds a BS and a Master in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.

Handles investor engagement and leads capital formation efforts with investors, family offices, and funds while supporting investor reporting. Previously led investor engagement with Trinity Investors and prior similar roles with TPG Capital and JPMorgan Chase. Columbia University, NYU, UT Dallas.

Financial analysis of portfolio performance. CFA Level 3, with a bachelor’s degree from IIT Roorkee, India, and a Master’s degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Specializing in acquisitions analysis and asset management, with a CFA Level II qualification. MBA from Manipal University Jaipur, BCom Maharaja Agrasen College.

Experience of 20 years in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and managing accounts payable. Chartered Global Management Accountant, Professional Accounting Qualification. Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Business Administration with London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Certification in Mid Management Program with Alstom University.
