Since 1998, Jeff has worked on $3.0 billion in real estate transactions. He founded Ridgeline in 2013 after holding acquisition and asset management roles at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company, and Hillwood, a Perot company. He holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Manages leasing, property operations, and construction to maximize portfolio performance, while supporting acquisitions analysis and due diligence. Since 2013, has held acquisition and asset management roles with Caddo Holdings and Altera. Holds a BS and a Master in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.

Handles financial reporting and analysis, managing property and tax accountants, ensuring compliance, and overseeing budgeting, cash management, and treasury functions. Since 2011, has held accounting and controller positions with Red River Development, Accolade, and UAH. Graduate of Interamerican University of PR.

Financial analysis of portfolio performance. CFA Level 3, with a bachelor’s degree from IIT Roorkee, India, and a Master’s degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
