University of Houston 1983. Spent time in leadership roles at GE Capital and other large financial institutions. Joined Ridgeline in 2022 and focuses his efforts on asset management and overall operations.

University of Oklahoma 2006. Bulk of 18-year career in brokerage and capital market roles. Joined Ridgeline in 2023 and focuses on acquisitions, asset management and dispositions.

Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant. 27 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting. Responsible for overseeing corporate and property accounting and reporting.

25 years of experience in real estate, family office and partnership accounting. Senior portfolio accountant and controller.

Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, India and Masters from the University of Melbourne, Australia. CFA Level 3. Joined Ridgeline in 2022 as a financial analyst assisting on acquisitions and asset management. Before Ridgeline, Manas worked in equity analysis and research with a focus on the Chemical and Metals industry.
